MTV’s #10 Hottest MC In The Game: Wale
The Washington D.C. rapper reinvented himself in 2011, claiming a new space in the hip-hop stratosphere after a sound, but commercially disappointing, debut two years earlier. Wale’s tireless work ethic, along with a deal from Rick Ross’ Maybach Music Group, were the keys to his success and his #10 slot on MTV News’ Hottest MCs in the Game VII list.
Wale was definitely an artist to look out for in 2011, but was he good enough to be called on of the hottest MCs in the game? MTV sure thinks so. Coming in at number 10 on their list is MMG’s Wale.

dude, it don't matter if j. cole got a push or not. he earned his way up and he gets what? nothing more than a debate whether he should be on the number 10 spot or not. wow. ambition didn't have any good hits, besides lotus flower bomb, which was pretty good. But still, all of j. cole's songs sound the same, but there all mostly pretty good songs.
