Lil Wayne Speaks Out On NBA & Miami Heat Disses, Apologizes To Miami
Lil Wayne was under fire earlier this week because of comments he made toward the NBA and Miami Heat basketball team live on stage. Tonight Weezy phoned into 99 Jamz to speak out on the controversy surrounding his words during All-Star Weekend for the first time. Weezy didn’t take back most of his comments he made live but he did take back what he said about Lebron James, because of the relationship he apparently has with Lebron‘s mother and also apologized to Miami. Wayne says his problems with Miami Heat stemmed from words he had with Dywane Wade.
Lil Wayne then confirms what we previously reported, that he was supposed to take part in the dunk contest and perform with Alicia Keys but there was a change of plans last minute. Mr. Carter also speaks about a conversation he had with David Stern and whether or not he was really banned from the NBA.
Listen to Weezy‘s interview with 99 Jamz after the break.
