The 2014 GRAMMY Awards are set to take place on January 26th in Los Angeles, California and today Billboard reports that Jay Z and Beyonce will be among those performing at the annual presentation in addition to Kendrick Lamar, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis. Although the “Drunk In Love” couple are not listed as performers on the GRAMMY website, Billboard says that it is confirmed by a CBS commercial for the awards. Additionally it is reported that Madonna will make an appearance but she too has yet to be added to the bill.
This will be Beyonce‘s first live performance since the release of her surprise self-titled album that hit the internet December 13th. She has already sold and impressive 1.5 million copies of the project while her husband sits on nine award nominations, the most of any artist this year. Now hopefully my Twitter timeline can stop telling me about how “Jay Z fell off in 2013.”
