After releasing his debut album Long.Live.ASAP two weeks into 2013, ASAP Rocky has been relatively quiet when it comes to music and seemed to be much more focused on fashion. Ending his hiatus yesterday on Super Bowl Sunday the Harlem rapper rolled up to the intersection of Lafayette Street and Broadway with a new instrumental blaring out of his vehicle for a song titled “Riot Rave,” which ironically resulted in a riot that found upwards of 15 people under arrest. The song is set to appear the forthcoming Beauty and The Beast: Slowed Down Sessions (Chapter 1) mixtape.

Later, ASAP Rocky took to Instagram to reflect on the event.

“TODAY WAZ 1 OF THE MOST INSPIRATIONAL DAYZ OF MY FUCCKIN LIFE. THANKS TO ALL MY VLONE SOLDIERS X BORN ALONE DIE VLONE. RIOT RAVE COMING SOON….,”

UPDATE: Listen to “Riot Rave” here.
