It’s not looking good out here for French Montana‘s Bad Boy debut, Excuse My French. The album which reportedly shipped out a massive number of copies has only managed to move just under 50,000 units in it’s first week out.
French‘s Bad Boy debut which held features from Hip Hop elite such as Drake, Lil Wayne, Birdman, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, Raekwon, Max B and even his boss Diddy will debut at #6, with 49,775 copies sold, according to HDD.
While the sales figures are lackluster and many will consider the album a flop, French Montana‘s album shockingly isn’t a bad body of work. Rap Dose capo Kyle Fall recently reviewed the album and gave it an 8/10 score–proving that while an album isn’t commercially successful, it can still be solid project.
