Reference Version Of Rihanna’s Nothing Is Promised Has Future Reciting The Lyrics
Mike Will Made-It’s Ransom 2 album features Rihanna on the single “Nothing Is Promised.” The record saw some commercial success, but wasn’t the album’s biggest hit. The song is penned by Future and it turns out he recorded a reference version for the Barbados born singer as well. Last night (June 28th), Future’s reference track appeared online courtesy of Music Mafia. The exclusive music collective leaked 2 songs by Kanye West earlier in the month.
The reference version of “Nothing Is Promised” has Future reciting every lyric from the Rihanna version we know and love. Not much about the actual song has changed, other than the performer of the song. You can stream Future’s version of the track above. So which version do you prefer, Future or Rihanna’s?
