It actually happened. After weeks of rumors of a G-Unit reunion happening at Hot 97‘s Summer Jam 2014 concert, 50 Cent made dreams come true as he brought out Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo, and even Young Buck on stage at Met Life Stadium. 50, Banks, Yayo, and Buck ran through a slew of mixtape classics, and the whole crew even stuck around helping 50 perform some new Animal Ambition material.
50 was brought on stage by Nas–squashing their beef publicly, before the G-Unit reunion took place. That was a moment itself.
50 also brought out Yo Gotti for a performance of “Don’t Worry About It” and Trey Songz for “Smoke” both of which Young Buck was on stage rocking out to word for word.
During the performance a fight took on the side stage behind 50 Cent and G-Unit as they performed but they didn’t even miss a step. Rumors around social media say 50 signaled for his entourage to attack Slowbucks and take his chain, which he later performed with. This is all but confirmed.
50 has beef with Slowbucks and recently commented on a photo he posted with his son Marquise on Instagram, letting him know “this picture is a bad idea”.
