Jay-Z just held a press conference live in Philadelphia, for his “Made In America” Music & Arts festival that will take place this Summer during Labor Day weekend. Jay-Z graced the stage with Philly’s Mayor Michael Nutter to announce the event which Jay-Z will be headlining and brought on stage one of the talented acts from Philadelphia which he had once signed to Roc-A-Fella, Freeway.
