If all of the drama surrounding the video for Kanye West‘s Yeezus cut “Bound 2” wasn’t enough, the Chicago producer/rapper, Roc-A-Fella Records and three other labels are being sued by Ricky Spicer – the former lead vocalist of boy band The Penderosa Twins Plus One for the use of their song “Bound.”

Page Six reports that Spicer was  shocked when he heard the cut on the radio sampling his band’s record. According to papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court on Monday, Spicer demands that Kanye and his label stop using the song as well a sum of money that has not been disclosed.
