Lil Wayne’s Dedication 6 Will Be Out On Christmas Day

It’s been a long while since we’ve gotten a full-length project from Lil Wayne, but on Christmas Day that changes. The Young Money rapper who is still going through legal troubles with his former mentor Birdman, will release Dedication 6 on December 25th, Christmas Day. The mixtape is the 6th in his Dedication series to be hosted by DJ Drama and get the Gangsta Grillz stamp of approval.

Lil Wayne has been hard at work in the studio recording and his Tha Carter V album is locked in a Cash Money Records vault and it’s unlikely we’ll ever get it. The only way that project will come out is if Lil Wayne and Baby settle their money-related drama, or if somebody else gets their hands on it and leaks it. Until it’s released, expect Lil Wayne to continue releasing free mixtapes and releasing collaborations. Lil Wayne’s last full-length project was the Free Weezy Album that dropped in 2015. He also collaborated with 2 Chainz on Collegrove in 2016.
