The Lil Wayne and Cash Money drama continues…
It was rumored that Lil Wayne was suing Birdman for $8 Million, the sum he was due for recording Tha Carter V. That number was just the beginning. Today it’s been confirmed that Lil Wayne is actually suing Cash Money Records for a much larger sum, $51 Million and we got the paperwork to prove it.
In a 21-page lawsuit, Lil Wayne‘s troubles with Cash Money paying up date all the way back to 2003. It also notes that Drake signed with Young Money Entertainment in 2008. Weezy is making sure that he gets full custody of his recordings as well as money his music brought in.
