Ludacris Debuts At #2 With Ludaversal
The numbers are in and this week’s big winner is Wale, beating out Ludacris for the number one spot.
According to Hits Daily Double, Wale managed to sell 90,381 copies of The Album About Nothing in its first week out. Ludacris only managed to sell 58,830 copies of his long delayed album Ludaversal making him number two.
Ludacris‘ numbers are lackluster considering the album took so long to come out and that he stars in the number one movie at the box office — Furious 7. The movie opened to $392 million, so we doubt Ludacris has anything to worry about.
Looking at both men’s numbers though and not chart position — aren’t they both a little low?
Kendrick Lamar drops out of the number one spot this week and down to number three, moving 52,366 copies of To Pimp A Butterfly.
